Freeport is the major coastal hub city in Forsaken World — center of trade, faction politics, and adventurer congregation. Freeport is the key teleport hub between continents, hosts most major NPCs, and is the launching point for many major questlines.

Freeport is the largest city in the Greatlands and the oldest in all of Eyrda. It features all the attributes of a capital city, including a vast, stone-paved central square, auctions, warehouses, craftsmen, the Temple of Angelya, and even the Lionheart Fortress with its prison. NPCs

In Freeport, you can encounter many different NPCs, with the most important and useful being:

1. Henry (located near the main city gates) offers daily quests such as "Life of Freeport," "Mercy and Luck," and "Heroic Challenge of Fate," as well as quests that reward experience for accumulating activity points.

2. Reggie Jones (located near the Lionheart Fortress) is a key figure in the main storyline and various side quests. Upon reaching level 45, he offers the "Perfection" quest, which allows you to increase resistance and mastery points.

3. Powell (located near the Lionheart Fortress) provides weekly arena quests for 3v3 and 6v6 matches, rewarding players with arena activity points and a chance to receive star quartz and re-evaluation scrolls for the "Capable Athlete" quest. Behind Powell is the entrance to the fortress roof, where you can purchase arena armor, weapons, and useful items.

4. Craist (located near the Magic Fountain) sends you and your party to the Shimmering Lowlands dungeon for gem boxes and can exchange your gems for others. He also offers the exchange of Light Crystals for level 4 gems.

5. Vanessa (located near the entrance to the Book Chamber) introduces you to the apprenticeship and mentorship system in Eyrda and allows you to exchange mercy points for useful items.

6. Hicks (located in the Trade Row) introduces you to the pets of Eyrda, sends you to the Peaceful Valley to hunt them, and helps you improve your pet while selling items for pet enhancement.

7. Mentors help you learn new skills up to level 60.

8. Profession Masters enable you to master various professions that are extremely useful in Eyrda.

9. Norianta (located in Shady Park) issues and accepts completed "Mercy and Luck" quests and exchanges your luck points for Lucky Tops, which help you gain more experience from mercy and luck quests.

10. Natalie (located near the Magic Fountain) exchanges your hero fame points for purple re-evaluation scrolls.

11. Emmy (located on Master Street near Chloe) sells you elixirs and potions to replenish mana and health.

12. Teleporter of the Forsaken Lands (located on Blooming Terrace) sends you from the 2nd channel to the Forsaken Lands for rewards, experience, and PvP adventures.
