King Hossinger Austin Apelio offers a way to channel your experience into something useful. Every day, you can find the king in his usual place at the Apelio Palace (Hossinger) and obtain one of the 'King Austin's Decree' items.
This item is unsealed like skill scrolls, resulting in a box with random contents and +5 activity points. You can obtain only one decree per day, regardless of type, and only at level 90. There are three types of decrees; the first is free, while the other two require a faith shard fee. They differ in name, the experience required to unseal, and the rewards.
Additionally, for the first unsealing of the regular free decree, you receive the 'Imperial Decree' achievement.
