Overview

Lighthouse is a coastal mid-game hub in Forsaken World — primarily a quest-giver location with light-themed NPCs, faction-aligned daily quests, and a panoramic view that serves as starting point for several questlines.

This article covers zone layout, key NPCs, quest hooks, and rewards.

Name Lighthouse
Type: Equipment Expedition
Required Level: 40+
Reward: Lionheart Tokens, Star Shards, Level 30 Blue Equipment, Achievements

The Lighthouse Expedition is part of Challenge Expedition I. You can enter it with a certain probability by applying for "Random Challenge Expedition I" in the party window, which can be opened using the hotkey "T" or the button in the main menu. Successfully completing the expedition this way grants additional rewards.

You can also enter the Lighthouse through NPC Biss, located between the Tavern and the Trade Union in Hossinger (requires a group of 2 or more players). However, completing the expedition this way does not grant additional rewards. The advantage of entering through the NPC is that it does not consume patience points, unlike the Random Challenge Expedition.

Description

The Lighthouse is a challenging expedition for newcomers. During the expedition, you will face 6 bosses (marked with red stars on the map). Defeating them rewards you with level 30 blue equipment, Lionheart Tokens, which can be exchanged for parts of the novice hero set (suitable for characters level 30-60), and a large number of Star Shards for upgrading this equipment. Star Shards also drop from mobs encountered between bosses.

Walkthrough

If your character's level is low (30+), and your gear is lacking, follow these recommendations:

  • Have a healer in the party - Priest, Bard, Vampire;
  • Have a tank in the party - Protector, Warrior, Reaper;
  • Include ranged and AoE damage dealers - Mage, Marksman, Assassin;
  • Repair equipment and stock up on HP and MP potions before the expedition;
  • Always defeat mobs before approaching bosses. Following these tips will significantly increase your chances of successfully completing the expedition.

You start the expedition in a fortress where you can take an additional quest from NPC Cook.

Upon leaving the fortress, turn right and proceed to the fence where 2-3 NPCs stand. The first is Nifur, and the second is Izmir. Another NPC, Lizard Azu, may appear. Then, climb the hill, bypass the tree, and pass by the pirates without attracting their attention.

First Boss - Reed the Fat

After crossing a small bridge, you will encounter the first boss, Reed the Fat (a large shark in a suit with an anchor). During the fight, he uses a frontal stun, so the tank should turn him away from the party. After defeating the boss, climb the tower on the right, jump onto the hill towards the wall on the mountain, and proceed upwards.

Second Boss - Uddy Derrick

Uddy Derrick
On the shore, you will see a ship with the second boss, Uddy Derrick. He reflects damage when he shouts "Spinning the dagger" in chat, so the party should stop attacking for a few seconds. After defeating him, return to the shore and continue. A teleport from the fort to the ship becomes available after his defeat.

Third Boss - Uzzi the Arsonist

Proceed to the cave on the right to find the third boss, Uzzi the Arsonist. He is optional and spawns debuff fields during the fight.

Fourth and Fifth Bosses: Katrina and Charles

On the bridge, you will encounter the fourth and fifth bosses, Katrina Bruni and Charles Dellos. Kill Katrina first due to her strong AoE. The tank should hold Charles while others focus on Katrina.

Sixth Boss - One-legged Jack

Climb higher to the next lift, which takes you to the final boss, One-legged Jack. It's crucial to manage the mobs he summons, as they can disrupt the healer. After Jack's death, all mobs disappear.

Resources

After defeating Jack, a light ore "Cloud of Memories" appears behind one of the columns. It yields White Stone and Silvery Crystal, needed for crafting special level 1 crystals. Mining requires level 1 Miner profession.

On the way to the final boss, Fire-red Lotus grows, requiring level 3 Herbalist profession to collect.
