Overview
Sanctuary of Sages is a wisdom-themed sanctuary zone in Forsaken World — meeting place of legendary sages, lore-NPCs, and the focal point for faith-aligned questlines. Heavy lore content with limited combat encounters.
This article covers zone layout, key NPCs, quest hooks, and rewards.
The Sanctuary of Sages is a PvP/PvE dungeon for players level 60 and above, accessible from the Cross-server Zone. It is designed for two teams of six players each and consists of five bosses—two for each team and one final boss. A key feature of this dungeon is its PvP element, distinguishing it from other dungeons. Players can register solo or in a party. The dungeon is divided into five level groups: 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+. It is available only on Sundays. Rewards include experience points, faith points, arena honor points, and tempering items. The dungeon can be completed up to 60 times, but only the first run offers a quadruple reward.
Dungeon Availability:
- From 18:00 to 23:50
General Recommendations:
- It is crucial to have characters with ranged attacks in the team. A mage specializing in Ice or Thunder can be beneficial for controlling or repelling mobs. Avoid letting mobs get too close.
- Consider potential PvP encounters with the opposing team when assembling your party.
- Purchase all necessary items (potions, food, etc.) before registering for the dungeon, as exiting and re-entering is not possible.
Map Overview:

After automatic side assignment (Red or Blue), a 100-second countdown begins. Once it ends, the wall blocking access to enemies disappears.
Types of Mobs: There are four types of mobs: Ghost of the Hall of Sages, Maid of the Hall of Sages, Enchanter of the Hall of Sages, and Guardian of the Hall of Sages. Each applies a debuff to the tanking character, named after the mob. Receiving three different debuffs causes significant damage, and a fourth results in death.
First Boss: Saar, Guardian of the Ruins

Corridors Between Bosses: After defeating the boss, proceed through a long corridor with mobs in groups of four, arranged in a checkerboard pattern. A ranged character can easily aggro one, two, or the entire group without disturbing others. Each group contains two types of mobs, such as two guardians and two maids.
Second Boss: Saint Andaik

After defeating Andaik, you have a choice:

- Proceed to the third (final) boss, the Wisest Leticia.
- Or head towards the opposing team to prevent them from defeating their second boss (Saint Andaik). In either case, you must first navigate a corridor filled with mobs.
Third Boss: The Wisest Leticia
