Overview

Shards of Faith are the primary faith-progression reagent in Forsaken World — used to upgrade talismans, contribute to god altars for blessing tiers, and unlock advanced faith-only services. Shards drop from prayer, faith events, and god-aligned daily quests.

This article covers mechanics, progression paths, and tips for getting the most from this system.

Some items can be obtained through other means, such as pet expedition scrolls or appraisal scrolls. However, Ensor offers a range of goods that can only be exchanged with this enterprising collector.

• Shards of Faith are almost the only source of Star Fragments needed for sharpening transfer.
• The Golden Gift Chest is one method to convert Coins into Numia.
• Otis has a second exchange tab "Magic", but Shards of Faith are not used there.
• Shards of Faith are also needed for exchanging magic wands with NPC Carnival Herald, used to open chests during an event (currently inactive).
