The Gift of Heavenly Mercy is an item you receive immediately after creating a character and can open every 10 levels. It contains many items that will greatly assist your character in the game. The chests can be used from level 1 to 70.
All items you find in the chest are bound, meaning you cannot give them to another character.
Some items also have a time limit, which means if you do not use them before the timer expires, they will disappear.
To open the chest, simply activate it (right-click) when you have the required level or higher. It will disappear, and if you have enough free slots in your inventory, you will receive the gifts from it and the next chest.
If you destroy the gift chest or sell it to an NPC, you cannot retrieve it.
