Overview

Arena of Souls is one of Forsaken World's PvP arena variants — a PvP-flavored arena variant — instead of standard 3v3 or 6v6 team brawls, Arena of Souls features unique rules including soul-collection objectives and modified ability rotations. Players who place high earn arena-exclusive titles and prestige cosmetics.

This article covers entrance requirements, encounter mechanics, drop tables, and progression strategy. For broader endgame planning, see World Bosses and Arena.

Introduction

The Arena of Souls is a daily equipment run available to players who have reached level 40. Completing the instance grants experience, numina, and the chance to win level 40+ blue and green quality equipment and Energolites. Upon entering the Arena, players automatically receive a daily quest that rewards three Turquoise Shards. The recommended level for entry is 45+.

To participate, a group of at least three players is required. It is advisable to include a priest and one or two support classes (bard, vampire) in the group, especially for lower-level players. A tank is also recommended for lower levels, while higher-level players can manage with an assassin or warrior as the tank. Players should bring health and mana potions and repair their equipment if needed.

Players can register automatically or travel on foot to the Arena of Souls, located at the top of the Colosseum in the Enchanted Forest. Here, NPC Rogge will allow the group to begin the challenge, provided it consists of three or more players of the appropriate level.

First Steps

Upon entering the Arena, players should heal, feed their pets, buff, and survey the surroundings. The arena is visible below, and players must jump down to start the quest. At the top, near the entry point, stand two NPCs - Rogge and Dirriborri. Rogge can restore health and magic every five minutes, while Dirriborri offers an additional quest called "Challenge Yourself," which rewards numina and experience. Players must choose how far they can progress without dying, starting from the 4th boss, with increasing rewards for higher levels.
