Overview

Mounts are the primary form of long-distance travel in Forsaken World — riding pets that significantly boost your movement speed (135-160% baseline) and let you cross water on aquatic variants. From the level-20 Ram you get from Shalia's gifts to the prestige Steel Serpent earned through arena victories, mounts are both a quality-of-life upgrade and a status symbol.

Acquisition Methods Overview

Mounts come from many sources:

Eyrda Gallery / Cash Shop — Eyr Leaves or Spirit Leaves (most common path)
Gift Spheres from the Gallery (random rolls)
Auction House — buy from other players for gold
Shalia's Shop — periodic special offerings
Faction Honor Agents — Numens or gold coins

Mounts, also known as riding pets or "mounts," are the primary means of transportation in the world of Eyrda. They allow characters to travel much faster than on foot. Additionally, many mounts are "aquatic," enabling players to cross water obstacles without delay.
